Students learn how to connect their unique wiring to their top career matches, helping narrow thousands of possibilities into a focused list of best-fit careers, majors, industries, and work environments.
The process helps students:

Highlands Ability Battery® (HAB)
Students will complete the Highlands Ability Battery®, a powerful career assessment made up of 19 short, timed work samples completed over approximately 3 hours.
Unlike personality tests, the HAB measures natural cognitive abilities — helping uncover how a student naturally learns, thinks, solves problems, communicates, and processes information.
The goal is to identify the student’s unique wiring and strengths so they can make more confident decisions about careers, majors, learning strategies, and future opportunities.

2. Career Match & Skills Development
Find Mentors™ (Skills)
A flexible, at-your-pace learning experience designed to help students build the real-world relationship and networking skills that create opportunities.
Through a combination of live coaching sessions, recorded mini-classes, workshops, and practical exercises, students learn how to confidently connect with mentors, professionals, and future employers.
Students will learn:
