Comprehensive Career Exploration ProgramThis program is designed for high school students, with parents actively participating in key portions of the experience.
Interactive Sessions for Parents and Students:Parents join students for a 90-minute presentation on "The 5 Steps to Choosing Your Major & Career", where they’ll gain valuable insights into navigating the path to a fulfilling future.
Comprehensive Assessments for Students:Students complete a suite of assessments, including the Highlands Ability Battery, TriMetrix (Personality, Motivation, and Emotional Intelligence), and the Interest Profiler, to uncover their unique strengths and preferences.
Personalized Results and Feedback:Students and parents participate in a 2-hour interpretation session to review personalized reports and understand how these insights translate into real-world opportunities.
Career Exploration Workshop:Students engage in a 3-hour hands-on workshop, completing exercises and activities that help them articulate their career vision by exploring their purpose, abilities, personality, interests, values, and goals.
